The eyebrow is the foil to the eye. It is the companion to the
door to the spirit. It is the eye that is first seen up close by
a potential mate, and is always a come-on or a turn off. The lady or
gentleman who gives you the eye is signalling his or her interest. It is
the secret doorway, for it winks when you know you are watching. The
naturally darkened eye of youth, is an eye of immense beauty, and although
the hair is the crown of glory, without that sparkle in the eye,
there is no connection and no invitation.
While many concentrate on the coloring of the eye, they often overdo their
efforts. It is not just getting damaging chemicals into the eye itself,
but producing heavily constructed eyelids and eyelashes, that scream out
their artificiality. To believe that one can make up for
an undistinguished eyebrow by creating something in paint, is a risky
business. If the attempt fails, then instead of a delicate flower
at the Prince's Ball, one generates a scarey clown at a noisy circus
There is nothing more repelling than painted doll eyebrows, as if on
china, and nothing more attractive than dark long, full eyebrows, to
serve as the crown of the eye itself. You only have to think of Audrey
Hepburn to appreciate the effect upon her pixie features.
The youth who has yet to pluck and shape her eyebrow assets
has a raw beauty that make-over maniacs are eager to get their
destructive hands on. But let the youth remain a youth for as long
as possible, until she is ready to make the change. Too often,
the vision of the make-over maniac is that of a person of the wrong
sex attempting to create a vision that ultimately looks like everyone
else.
Note also, that eyebrows are significant judges. The very dark, but
separate eyebrows, give the impression of intense intelligence and
sexuality, which is why it is a feature of both Vamps and Vampires
because the function of the eye is to hypnotize. However, when that small
bridge between the eyebrows has become linked, and the eyebrow becomes
a Unibrow, they vision of intensity and intelligence mutates into a
vision of stupidity and sluggishness. It is merely an illusion, as
the bearer of the unibrow is a person to number among your friends
and associates. They are quite sensitive, talented, and often times
spend their time alone, because they have been shunned. Do not shun
the Unibrow, for they have talent, integrity, and humor in abundance.
